Lesson Plan:
Week One: Students will be introduced to the CHAMP's expectations for the Library Media Center and listen to "Curious George's First Day of School", by H. A. Rey. The students will have a tour of the library, then view the online story Monkeys in the Media Center to reinforce the rules. Students will then sit at the tables and color the monkey coloring page until it is time to line up.
Assessment: Students will be assessed on their knowledge of Library Media Center rules and manners as they move about the Library Media Center and read the books.
