Student Technology Leadership Program

at Dixie Elementary Magnet School

Students involved in this program are all fifth graders who have good grades and no checks in citizenship. These students meet after school on Thursday afternoons to listen to speakers and learn about many different kinds of technology. This year their big project will be working on making animated movies with Microsoft Moviemaker, then helping younger students to make movies.

This group of students also produces the morning news show every morning for the entire school.
